Create a Haitian American identity, which is patriotic, relevant and committed to the ideals of the United States while promoting the study of our unique Haitian culture through promotion of our strong history, our value, music, art and crafts.

Support adults, especially newcomers, through adaptation and civic duties’ counseling, job training, job placement, entrepreneurship, home ownership, and wealth accumulation through our welcoming or affiliated centers.

Support our children through education to become self-reliant, civic-minded and community oriented citizens by offering counseling, tutoring, mentoring, scholarship through our own or affiliated centers, Colleges and universities/ partners.

Ensure parity and civil rights by eradicating all barriers to equal participation in economic, social, and government programs.

Assist Haiti to outgrow 200 years of underdevelopment. Sponsor a tree a day through our Haiti Affiliates. Donate here to adopt a tree. Sponsor volunteer corps, including students, to help in infrastructure work. Sponsor medical missions and provide medical equipment and medicine. Assist our Haiti affiliates to undertake minor structural work such as bridges, potable water, latrines, and repair and construction of roads. Pay tuition for an orphan child. Assist in the adoption of a child. Work with our friends and partners to increase economic assistance and capital investment in Haiti.

Student Coordinating Committee: Given that civic-minded students are the future leaders, there shall be a Student coordinating committee composed mainly of college students and chaired by a National co-chair, who shall become a member of the Executive Board. The State Co-chair shall be nominated by the Student body and approved by the executive Board.

Each State League Affiliate shall have a State students coordinating Committee under the guidance of an assistant to the deputy executive Director for student affairs. The Haitian League shall support students in need, including students in Haiti, through guidance, financial assistance and related school matters as deemed appropriate by the Executive Board.
